At Mindful Mottos, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that there may be instances where you may need to initiate a return, and we’re here to guide you through the process. Please review our store policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

Bad Odor

Please note that a faint odor is a natural occurrence in the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing industry. Typically, the odor will disappear after the first wash.

Misprinted, Mislabeled, Damaged, Incorrect, and Defective Items

If you receive an item that is misprinted, mislabeled, incorrect from what you ordered, damaged, or defective, we’ve got you covered. Claims for these issues are considered errors on our part. We’re committed to ensuring that you receive high-quality products.

To begin the replacement process, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. No items should be returned to us without first contacting us.

Lost Packages

In case the package has been lost, the first thing to do is to check whether the delivery address is 100% accurate. Even a single missing letter or number can cause a delivery failure.

If the address is correct, please make sure to contact your local Post Office. Occasionally, upon arriving at the destination city, the package is stored at the local Post Office, and you must collect the package from there.

If the delivery address is correct and your local Post Office does not have the package, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. At our discretion, we will replace lost items at no cost to you.

Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong Quantity, and Buyer’s Remorse

Please note that ordering the wrong size, wrong color, wrong quantity or buyer’s remorse are not valid reasons for returns.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, colors, sizing guides, quantities, and ensure their selections are accurate during the checkout process.

Due to our print-on-demand process, we cannot offer returns, replacements, or refunds for these reasons.

Unclaimed Packages and Wrong Address

Any packages that are unclaimed or have the wrong address will be returned to us.

As soon as we receive the package, we will attempt to contact you to arrange for delivery. You will have 20 days to respond before the items are donated to charity.

You will be required to pay for any reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. No refunds will be given for these reasons. Once the items are donated, no replacements or refunds will be provided.

Return Authorization

A return authorization is required to return merchandise. Any merchandise returned without a return authorization is liable to be forfeited. All claims must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Approved returns will be provided with a replacement product. No refunds will be provided.

In order to process your return, we may ask you to submit photos documenting the issue. These photos will help us assess the problem and expedite the return process.

Warranty

There is no expressed warranty as these are nondurable items. However, we will replace (at our discretion) items that appear to have failed within 30 days of receiving. Normal lifting/cracking of the ink is to be expected after some usage and washings.
