Please review our store policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.
Custom Made-to-Order Products
All of our products are made specifically for you after you place your order. This custom production process ensures that each item is created with care and attention to detail. However, it also means that we have specific policies regarding returns and exchanges that differ from retailers who stock pre-made inventory.
Quality Guarantee
We are committed to providing you with premium quality products. Every item is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards. If you receive a product that does not meet these standards, we will make it right.
Misprinted, Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Misprinted or has print quality issues
- Damaged during production or shipping
- Defective in materials or workmanship
- Incorrect from what you ordered (wrong design, wrong product type)
- Significantly different from the product images on our website
We will provide a free replacement at no cost to you.
To initiate a claim:
- Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date
- Provide your order number
- Describe the issue in detail
- Submit clear photos showing the problem (front, back, close-ups of the issue, and product tag if applicable)
- Do not return items without first contacting us and receiving return authorization
We will review your claim and, if approved, send you a replacement product. In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.
Print Characteristics
Please note the following normal characteristics of our printing process:
a. Odor: A faint odor may be present on newly printed garments due to the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing process. This is completely normal and will disappear after the first wash.
b. Ink Texture: Some designs may have a slightly raised texture where the ink is applied. This is normal and indicates quality printing.
c. Vintage/Distressed Effect: Some of our designs intentionally feature a vintage or distressed appearance. This is by design and not a defect.
Size, Color, Design, and Quantity Accuracy
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products (made specifically for you), we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong color
- Ordering the wrong design
- Ordering the wrong quantity
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Not liking how the product looks or fits
We strongly encourage you to:
- Carefully review product descriptions and images
- Consult our size charts before selecting your size
- Double-check colors, designs, and quantities during checkout
- Reach out with questions before placing your order if you’re unsure
Sizing Information
All products include detailed size charts. Please measure yourself and compare to our size charts before ordering. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Keep in mind that different product styles may fit differently.
Color Accuracy
We make every effort to display colors accurately on our website. However, please note that colors may appear slightly different on different screens and devices due to monitor settings and calibration. Slight color variations between the product image and the actual printed product are normal and not considered a defect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Before contacting us about a lost package, please:
- Verify the delivery address: Ensure the address provided at checkout is 100% accurate. Even a single missing letter or number can cause delivery failure.
- Check tracking information: Review the tracking details sent to your email. The package may have been delivered to a different location (neighbor, building office, parcel locker, etc.)
- Contact your local post office or carrier: Sometimes packages are held at the local facility and require pickup. Check with your local post office or delivery service.
- Check with neighbors or household members: The package may have been accepted by a neighbor or someone else at your address.
If your package is confirmed lost:
Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue. At our discretion, we may:
- File a claim with the shipping carrier
- Send a replacement at no cost to you
- Issue a refund
Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows the package was delivered, we recommend checking with your local post office and filing a report if the package was stolen.
Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are unclaimed or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts will be handled as follows:
- We will contact you via email to arrange redelivery
- You have 20 days to respond with updated shipping information
- You will be responsible for paying reshipment costs
- If you do not respond within 20 days, items will be donated to charity
- No refunds or replacements will be provided for unclaimed packages after donation
Wrong or Incomplete Address
If you provide an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address:
- We are not responsible for packages shipped to the address you provided
- If the package is returned to us, you must pay reshipment costs to send it to the correct address
- No refunds will be issued for customer address errors
- We strongly encourage you to double-check your shipping address before completing checkout
You can update your shipping address by contacting us immediately after placing your order and before production begins. Once production has started, we cannot change the shipping address.
Return Authorization Required
A return authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. Any merchandise returned without a return authorization may be refused or forfeited.
To request a return authorization:
- Contact us through our Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and describe the issue
- Submit photos if requested
- Wait for our response and RA number before returning any items
Do not return items without contacting us first.
Approved Returns
For approved returns due to errors on our part:
- We will provide a replacement product of the same item
- If the same item is no longer available, we will offer a comparable replacement or store credit
- We do not provide refunds for approved returns except in cases where replacement is not possible
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:
- We made an error and cannot provide a replacement
- Your order was cancelled before production began
- You were charged incorrectly
- Your package is confirmed lost and cannot be replaced
Refunds are not provided for:
- Size, color, design, or quantity errors made by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Normal wear and tear after use
- Unclaimed packages or customer address errors
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper care
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
Product Warranty
Our products are decorative apparel items and are considered non-durable goods with no express warranty. However, we stand behind our quality and will replace (at our discretion) items that fail or show defects within 30 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Normal wear and tear, including minor fading, cracking, or lifting of printed designs after washing and wearing, is expected and not covered
- Following proper care instructions (washing inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry, no bleach) will extend the life of your product
- Damage caused by improper care, alterations, or misuse is not covered
Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity of your products:
- Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors
- Use mild detergent
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron directly on printed designs
- Do not dry clean
Order Cancellations
Before production begins: You may cancel your order for a full refund by contacting us immediately. Once we confirm the cancellation, we will process your refund.
After production begins: Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Processing Times and Shipping
- Production time: Products are typically produced within 2-7 business days after your order is placed
- Shipping time: Varies based on your location and selected shipping method (typically 3-10 business days for domestic orders within the United States)
- Total time: Please allow 5-17 business days for your order to be produced and delivered
These are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.
